1 SEWP Overview
NASA Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement (SEWP) VI is a multiple-award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) managed by the NASA SEWP Program Office. Through SEWP, eligible U.S. federal agencies can procure information technology, communications, audio-visual products, and related services from pre-competed contract holders.

Fair Opportunity
Orders follow FAR Part 16.505(b). Eligible contract holders in the relevant category receive a fair opportunity to be considered unless an exception under FAR 16.505(b)(2) applies.
Ordering Process
Contracting officers can place orders directly against STEMBoard's SEWP contract, subject to applicable agency procedures. A separate agency agreement is not required.

2 How to Obtain a Quote
QRT lets agencies submit a requirement to eligible contract holders, collect responses, and document the fair-opportunity process for the contract file.
- Visit www.sewp.nasa.gov and open the Quote Request Tool.
- Enter your requirement, category, any applicable set-aside, and response due date.
- Select STEMBoard—or all relevant contract holders in the category—as recipients, then submit the request.
- STEMBoard will respond through QRT with a quote referencing our SEWP contract number and including the SEWP fee.
